This is the first holiday we have arranged independently and our first time in using your company for our transfer arrangements-your representative at the airport greeted us by name and within 5 minutes we were seated on our bus ready for our journey to our resort. On our return journey the driver picked us up exactly on time for our trip back to Palma airport. The buses were very comfortable and both drivers were helpful with our luggage.

On arrival at Palma on 03/08/05 your representative was very friendly, efficient and helpful. She directed us to our driver within 2 minutes. The driver was also very efficient and helpful throughout the journey to Callas De Mallorca.When I phoned your call centre on 10/08/05 your assistant was also efficient and friendly, giving me very clear instructions for our departure. 0n 11/08/05 , the day of departure I felt something would go wrong as not many companies get everything right. But your bus was on time,( in fact early) and the lady driver kept the good name of your company up in her driving and pleasant, helpful nature.

We recently used your transfer service in Menorca on 24th June.Just a note to tell you how pleased we were with the excellent service provided to us. On our arrival at Mahon, your bus was waiting for us. We had a very pleasant drive to our villa at Cala Blanca, and your friendly driver was very helpful in advising us where to go on the island.It was only the following morning that we realized that our son had left his bag on the bus, with some very vital belongings in it! I telephoned your office and spoke to Lindsay who was extremely helpful. She called me back within half an hour with the good news that the bag had been found and it would be returned to our villa with an hour, which it was. Again, on our return journey, we were picked up promptly at 05.30 with no problems.We were thrilled and surprised with this excellent customer service, We would not hesitate to use your services again, and will most definitely recommend you in the future.
